All caregivers complete a structured training curriculum before their first client engagement, delivered through Mira, the agency's own platform. Curriculum areas include safe transfer technique, fall response protocol, medication documentation, and incident reporting standards. Training content is version-controlled and updated as agency standards evolve.
Care Cura developed its own workforce management platform to support scheduling, time capture, care documentation, and shift handoff, giving caregivers and client families the same clear record.
Caregivers are expected to exercise professional judgment in the field, supported by clear care plans and direct escalation paths.
Caregiver-initiated operational suggestions receive a formal written response, shared across the team.
Client transportation is conducted in Care Cura vehicles. Caregivers are not asked to transport clients in personal vehicles.
