Care Cura Privacy Policy

This notice explains plainly and precisely the personal information Care Cura LLC ("Care Cura," "we," "our," "us") collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights granted to you under U.S. and California law. It is written for three audiences:

1. Who We Are

Care Cura LLC is a licensed Home Care Organization HCO #394700067 headquartered in Tracy, California. We provide in‑home, non‑medical assistance to older adults and individuals with disabilities.

2. Definitions

​

  • "Personal Information (PI)" — data that identifies, relates to, or can reasonably be linked to an individual.

  • "Sensitive Personal Information" — SSN, driver’s‑license number, precise geolocation, or health‑related data.

  • "Sell" / "Share" — the CPRA’s terms for disclosing PI to third parties for monetary or cross‑context behavioral advertising benefit.

5.2  Applicant Rights & Requests

Applicants may access, delete, or correct their PI, and we will respond within 45 days. Use support@mycarecura.com or (209) 855‑4313 and reference “CPRA Applicant Request.”

We do not sell or share applicant data.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use two classes of cookies:

​

  • Essential first‑party cookies – required for security and core site functions.

  • Analytics & advertising cookies – Google Analytics, Google Ads (gcl_au) and Meta Pixel (fbp) help us measure site traffic and show Care Cura ads on other sites.

You can disable non‑essential cookies via our Cookie Banner or your browser settings without affecting basic site functionality. California residents may also opt out of sharing advertising identifiers by toggling “Advertising Cookies” to Off in the banner or emailing support@carecura.com.

7. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Our services and website are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect PI from children. If we learn we have done so, we will delete such data immediately.

8. Security Safeguards

  • Encryption in transit & at rest (AES‑256).

  • Least‑privilege access controls (role‑based).

  • Quarterly security audits and annual HIPAA‑aligned risk assessment.

  • Incident Response Plan—breach notification to affected individuals and the California Attorney General within statutory timeframes.

9. International Visitors (GDPR)

While we do not target the EEA/UK, visitors from those regions are informed that Care Cura is the Controller of their PI. We rely on Article 49(1)(b) contract performance and Standard Contractual Clauses for cross‑border transfers. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Accessibility & Alternate Formats

We strive for WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. To request this policy in large print, Braille, or another format, email Support@mycarecura.com.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this notice periodically. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance.
