Our compliance framework is aligned with the seven fundamental elements of an effective compliance program and incorporates industry‑leading practices for transparency and accountability.

Code of Ethics

Purpose & Scope

Our Code of Ethics explains why ethical behaviour is essential to our mission and how the code guides decision‑ making. It applies to everyone who represents Care Cura – employees, contractors, officers and directors – as well as suppliers and partners who support our services.

Core Values

We are driven by compassion, integrity, respect for individuals, fairness, and a commitment to patient‑centred care. These values underpin every policy and procedure we adopt.

Standards of Conduct

Our standards address key ethical topics such as patient privacy, informed consent, anti‑bribery and anti‑corruption, conflicts of interest, accurate record‑keeping, and environmental responsibility. All employees receive training on these standards to ensure consistent understanding and behaviour.

Consequences & Reporting

We set out clear disciplinary measures for non‑compliance and encourage employees to report suspected violations through secure channels. Reports can be made anonymously, and whistleblowers are protected from retaliation.

Continuous Improvement

Our code is reviewed and updated regularly to stay aligned with evolving laws, ethical norms and industry best practices. We communicate updates to employees and stakeholders and provide ongoing training to reinforce compliance.

Our program follows the seven elements of an effective compliance program. These integrated elements work together to prevent, detect, and respond to issues while fostering a culture of compliance.

1. Policies & Procedures

We develop and distribute written policies, procedures and standards of conduct to guide daily operations and ethical decision‑making.

2. Leadership & Oversight

A designated compliance officer and committee provide leadership, oversight and support across the organization.

3. Training & Education

We conduct ongoing training and education for all personnel, embedding compliance into performance evaluations.

4. Effective Communication

We maintain open channels for asking questions, reporting concerns and providing feedback, including anonymous hotlines.

5. Monitoring & Auditing

Regular monitoring and audits help identify risks and measure program effectiveness

6. Enforcement & Discipline

We enforce standards through fair and well‑publicized disciplinary guidelines, ensuring consistency across the organization.

7. Corrective Action

We respond promptly to detected issues, address root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence

Whistleblowing & Reporting

We offer multiple, confidential ways to report concerns or suspected violations, including an online portal and a telephone hotline. Our whistleblower system is open to employees and external partners, and we explain what should be reported and why.

Reports can be made anonymously, and we maintain a strict non‑retaliation policy. Our FAQ explains the process and provides guidance on what to expect after a report is filed
