  • What happens first
    You’ll start with a 5-hour online training. It’s flexible you can pause anytime.
  • Do I have to finish the 5 hours all at once?
    No. You can pause and pick up where you left off anytime. We save your progress automatically.
  • Why is the state registration required?
    Training builds your skills. Registration is how California verifies you’re cleared to work legally as a caregiver.
  • How much will it cost me?
    Around $95 total (Live Scan + State application). Care Cura reimburses you after 30 days of verified work with us just email us your receipt.
  • How will I know when I'm cleared to work?
    You’ll get an HCA ID from the State. Just email it to onboarding@mycarecura.com and we’ll verify it for you.
  • What if I get stuck?
    Email support@mycarecura.com anytime.
